Sheet Metal Programmer Fabricator

Location: Sterling, MA. Full-Time Position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • CNC Sheet Metal Programming for turret punch press (AMADA or Equivalent)
  • Set-up and operating turret punch press (AMADA or Equivalent)
  • Set-up and operation of press brake
  • Welding (TIG Primarily)
  • Deburring and parts finishing
  • Hardware installation
  • Raw material and hardware inventory maintenance
  • In-process and Final Inspection

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Sterling, MA. Full-Time Position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assembly of speaker components into chassis, utilizing written processes and procedures
  • Assembly of switch modules, utilizing written processes and procedures
  • The ability to use a variety of small hand tools including calibrated torque drivers and soldering equipment; a soldering certificate is a plus
  • Testing of products utilizing written processes and procedures
  • The ability to troubleshoot if there is a test failure
  • Fills in for and/or assists in the packing area
  • Works closely with the Production Supervisor and Quality Manager

PAID INTERNSHIP: Junior Electrical-Acoustical Systems Engineer

Location: Sterling, MA or Jupiter, FL.

You will have the opportunity to work in a small professional team environment, working with experienced acoustic engineers to support the implementation of loudspeaker testing equipment, and assist in acoustic research projects.  The candidate will experience a range of tasks and responsibilities and will play a major role in the completion of projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team with a positive attitude and a high level of organizational skills.

We are seeking a recent college graduate, entry-level engineer, or 3rd/4th year engineering student.  A full-time schedule is preferred, but willing to be flexible for students.  Qualified candidates must reside within commuting distance to Jupiter, FL, or Sterling, MA.   This paid 3-month internship could lead to a full-time employment opportunity.
