The AVDS supports video switching to multiple monitors in either SD or HD. ALTO engineers design each node specific to the aircraft system requirements and provides customers with a quotation for the appropriate configuration.
ALTO cabin switch panels interface directly with the AVDS node and ALTO amplifiers to provide sequential video and audio control to the cabin audio system and monitors.
With the addition of the AVDS node and on board wireless Wi-Fi router, the audio & video system may be controlled by a personal device whether it is Apple or Android based. This flexibility allows passengers to use their personal device for A/V control.
